1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the charged Discord bot, website, dashboard, API, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using our Services and must immediately remove the bot from any servers you manage.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and charged ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

charged provides community management, automation, moderation, economy systems, and utility tools for Discord servers. We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, at our sole discretion.

3. User Responsibilities & Conduct

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Services.
  • Lawful Use: You agree not to use the Services for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to distributing malware, doxxing, harassment, or facilitating illegal transactions.
  • Accountability: You are strictly responsible for all activity that occurs under your Discord account and within any servers where you authorize and deploy charged.
  • System Integrity: You must not attempt to exploit, hack, DDOS, reverse-engineer, or artificially inflate metrics (e.g., macroing economy commands) within any part of the Services.

4. Virtual Economy and Currency

The Services feature a virtual economy system utilizing digital currencies (e.g., "Coins" and "Units"). You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Virtual currencies and items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for fiat currency, real-world goods, or services.
  • We retain the absolute right to modify, reset, wipe, or adjust virtual balances, exchange rates, and economy features at any time without compensation.
  • Cross-trading (exchanging virtual charged currency for real money or other platform currencies) is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.

5. Discord Terms of Service Compliance

Our Services operate intrinsically on the Discord platform. By using charged, you also explicitly agree to abide by Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Any violation of Discord's terms may result in immediate termination of your access to our Services.

6. Intellectual Property

All code, backend infrastructure, frontend designs, graphics, branding, algorithms, and interface components associated with charged are the exclusive intellectual property of our development team. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit, written permission from us.

7. User Generated Content

By utilizing features such as Auto Responders or Custom Welcome Messages, you may upload or input content into our Services. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display this content for the sole purpose of operating the Services. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not violate copyright laws or third-party rights.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL CHARGED, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless charged and its team from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to indefinitely suspend, blacklist, or terminate your access to the Services (including bot access in your servers) at our sole discretion, at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced via our official Support Server or dashboard. Continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes your formal acknowledgment and binding acceptance of the updated terms.
